We are looking for a permanent, full-time Administration Support Officer to join our Regional Administration team at our Auckland Prison.

You will be an integral part of our dedicated Regional Administration team providing a range of high quality administrative services to internal and external customers across the Northern Region.
This is a varied role with a wide range of duties. You will be required to provide accounts and administration support to internal and external customers, attend and take meeting minutes. Other duties will include, telephone support, checking of incoming and outgoing prisoner mail, data entry and general administration.
In this busy role you will enjoy working collaboratively as one team in a challenging and fast paced environment, be able to multitask, follow and adhere to strict policies and procedures, and have sound judgement in prioritising tasks and activities to meet deadlines.

Ideally you will have the following skills and experience;
Sound computerskills and experience including Microsoft Word, Excel and SAP
Administrative and accounts experience
Excellent written &
oral communications skills
High attention to detail
Excellent time management
Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
Able to work in a team environment as well as autonomously
You will need a full New Zealand driver licence for this role.

The salary range for this role is $45,518 - $54,120 per annum. The work profile for this position is Monday to Friday, working a 40-hour week.
