About the Role
This new role reports to the Group Manager, in the newly established Investment Management Office (IMO). It is a senior role to ensure the identification, analysis, planning, realisation and reporting of benefits across the AT Portfolios. The positions acts as a trusted advisor and provides expert advice\ 'looking up\' to the Portfolio customers including senior governance groups and the investment committee, providing assurance that benefits are well managed and are industry compliant. You will also own the processes and practices for benefits forecasting, capture, management and reporting across the portfolio and ensure due diligence is applied on project planning, execution and outcomes expectations such that the benefits are known and can be realised.
To be considered for this role you will have:
Relevant tertiary qualification required, and P3 Axelos accredited courses desirable, e.G. Management of Value
Recognised as a Subject Matter Expert in Portfolio, and/or Programme Management
Experience in use of Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Outlook and SharePoint.
In addition to the qualifications and experience listed above, we seek a creative problem solver that can garner the commitment of external and internal stakeholders. Strong management and stakeholder engagement skills coupled with the ability to lead by influence including advising senior management on investment management best practice, is key to this role.
