An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Business Application Specialist to join our Albany based Data Systems and Services team. The key purpose of this position is to provide specialist business applications expertise in the business unit\ 's workflow systems by monitoring and optimising workflow and providing support and training in the use of the workflow systems.
Supporting/maintaining data integrity across the workflow systems, owning system outages from initial reporting through to testing and resolution.
Maintaining business rules and logic across workflow systems.
Optimising business workflow and improving operational efficiency.
Field Service Management System prototyping, design, construction and testing.
Maintaining and Improving Reporting Suite, Robotic Systems, Websites, Portals and other Associated Infrastructure.
Liaising with the IST team and software vendors to ensure operational continuity of systems and processes.
Technical Knowledge, Qualifications and Skills required:
Relevant tertiary qualification or similar experience.
Ability to read, interpret and prepare technical documentation.
Experience as a Systems Analyst or Business Analyst, gathering and documenting operational requirements
Experience with process design and implementation for technical field service based support and workflow management.
Relevant project management and change leadership experience.
Strong communication and influencing skills and the ability to work with a diverse group of people.
Competence in relevant software and database programmes, e.G. SQL Server, Reporting Services, SharePoint, VBA, RPA and PowerShell.
Knowledge of Systems Architecture.
Website Development skills desirable.
