Kiwi Property (the Plaza) are looking for an experienced administrator with exceptional customer service skills.

There is an opportunity to join the team based in Palmerston North in a full time, fixed term position. (Maternity leave cover).
No two days are the same in this role and the ideal candidate will need to show initiative to get the job done. Working autonomously within a wider team you will be responsible for managing your own workload and prioritising your day.
Key Responsibilities:
Handling customer enquiries (tenants and customers)
Daily banking using SAP
Managing the leased parking
Coordinating of Public Liability Certificates
Reporting on sales figures
Liaising with contractors and retailers to ensure Health and Safety Act compliance
Systems administration, inputting and collating of sales information
Skills and Experience you will need:
High level of organisation and ability to prioritise
3 + years? experience in an administration position
Knowledge of accounts
Experience in a customer service/customer facing role
Intermediate to advanced computer skills including Microsoft office (especially Excel) SAP
Knowledge of the Health and Safety Act
Self-motivated and friendly
