About the Role
We are looking for a driven and results oriented individual to take ownership of customer accounts and deliver growth. You will be the first point of contact for customers and deliver WOW service via phone, email and sms. Your proven strong communication, time management and organisational skills will ensure you build strong working relationships with customers to ensure return of business.

Responsibilities
Service key our accounts to ensure repeated business &
grow GP$ from these accounts
Accurately set up contract pricing to limit number of credits / issues
Increase pricing &
GP% on accounts
Accurate order entry
Work with finance department to ensure accounts are paid on time
White space reporting &
focus each week on yourdream list
Follow up on all quotes for accounts &
drive them over the line
Partner with BDM\ 's in the region to drive growth from these dream list accounts
Support the team by answering incoming customer sales inquiries
Upsell and cross sell on all orders
Process orders in P21 accurately
Create adaptive solutions, active sales and evaluate against competitor products
You are responsible for your own health and safety and for the health and safety of any other person around you as per legislation;
Adhering to all Jaybro policies and code of conduct;
and
Maintaining thecleanliness of assigned work areas.

Experience
3 years experience in Customer Service inbound sales;
Intermediate level Microsoft Excel and Word;
Exposure to CRM
Previous experience in the civil, construction supply industry is highly regarded
