Core Functions of the role:
You\ 're driven to create a customer experience that is enviable, and day to day this is what inspires you to come to work. You have a passion for technology and previous experience with the utilisation of recent tech advancements to enhance the customer experience.
Empathize with every aspect of the customer experience, putting customers? needs first.
Effectively resolve common customer inquiries with low touch responses, and ensuring higher touch personalised responses are considerate, accurate, and delivered in a timely manner.
Triage incoming requests and spot trends in customer issues to flag for the wider team.
Collaborating with product marketing to pull together the old and the new creating digital on-boarding assets that are world class.
Collaborating with product development and QA teams to test new features and bug fixes and surfacing meaningful customer feedback.
Contribute to the ongoing learning and success of your team, and the company, by sharing knowledge through mentorship, collaboration, and aiding in documentation.
Who are we looking for?
This is a nine-month fixed term maternity cover role. You will come with prior experience in a similar role and recognise every action that makes a real difference to our customers. You\ 're a natural leader and havesuccessfully led teams to achieve great things through an inclusive, collaborative approach i.E. you roll up your sleeves alongside your team.
SaaS experience a benefit.
You possess a mastery of English and are a strong, confident, and exacting writer.
Consistent track record of highly professional customer service in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Diplomacy, tact, and poise under pressure when working through customer issues.
We\ 'll be running our advertising over the next couple of weeks for this position and meeting with candidates as we go along. The advert will run for 3 weeks and close on Monday 8 June 2020.
