Purpose of Role
Your responsibility is to develop and connect our client\ 's strategy to deliver data driven creativity for our key clients. This will be achieved by using your skills in data analysis, direct marketing, customer journey mapping, marketing automation, customer acquisition and retention, web analytics, campaign management and working with third parties as appropriate.

Specific Responsibilities
Design and implement strategies to enhance customer experience at key service points and ensure their integration into the procedures and systems applied in each customer interaction
Know how to leverage audience targets, analytics data, digital trends, user behaviours, competitive audits, and user experience evaluations to inform the marketing approach.
Utilise empathy mapping to truly understand customer thoughts, feelings and motivations
Synthesise raw data and research into comprehensive multi touchpoint customer journeys
Ability to identify key opportunity areas for experience design in order to improve, elevate or completely reimagine customer journeys
Confident designing and facilitating design thinking workshop
Provide detailed design and / or research and UX leadership on client initiatives
Gather and evaluate user requirements and make recommendations in alignment with client customer and brand strategy
Define various personas that interact with client\ 's product and services
Design and implement strategies to enhance customer experience at key service points and ensure their integration into the procedures and systems applied in each customer interaction
Illustrate design ideas using journey flows and storyboards for different CX personas
Prepare and present concepts to internal teams and key stakeholders.
Support strategy, business management, creative and production teams to ensure design ideas, user experience &
knowledge is available,understood and used across the agency
Support the agency by acting as a conduit between creative, technical and media teams, championing creativity and effectiveness
Must have:
3+ years of proven experience as a CX designer
Strong experience applying user experience principles and practices including design thinking methodology, requirements gathering, information architecture
Demonstrated experience in customer engagement and usability testing
Interest in and aptitude for working with data and technology
Understanding of how design systems are built and work
Knowledge of UX best practice design and responsive design
Experience designing and facilitating customer research including usability testing, ethnographic research and surveys
Great project management abilities
Self-motivated and willing to expand knowledge
Nice to have:
Background in User Experience
Confident creating and testing of prototypes
Experience working with UX &
dev teams to deliver large scale digital projects
