LPC is on the hunt for an accomplished Supply Chain and Logistics professional to take on a newly created, critical role within our Container Services leadership team. Leveraging on your experience in demanding and expansive organisations in the logistics environment, you will cast fresh eyes over the 3 operational sites responsible for handling all Container movements through LPC and identify opportunities to drive growth and performance.

Supply Chain will:
Develop a strategic business plan and lead execution of business development and customer relationship management initiatives that protect and grow market-share
Utilise their strength in analysis, management and monitoring of key financial indicators, identifying risk and commercialising new opportunities
Passionately immerse themselves in the shipping industry, building on their connectivity and expanding their network of stakeholders and strategic partners
Possess an instinctive drive for continuous improvement, underpinned by a proven and effective change management approach
Create and deliver compelling customer proposals, prepare sound business case recommendations, and produce management reporting to an exemplary standard
Thrive in an organisation embarking on a journey of self-examination, strategic planning and positive transformation
Adopt a visible, contemporary and supportive leadership style to audiences at all levels across the business, aimed at building culture and engagement as a means for achieving high performance
Apply comprehensive technical understanding of the infrastructure and resourcing required for a complex and expansive logistics operation to succeed
The successful candidate will demonstrate a high standard of competence and proven experience in all facets of the above activities. They will have built a career l in service-driven organisations and have a firm grasp on the Supply Chain and Logistics industry. A contemporary and progressive leader with a LEAN mindset and approach will excel in this role.
