This newly created role is an exciting opportunity to join the People Experience (PX) team at Xero to create a global ?centre of excellence? for wellbeing and spearhead the successful implementation of our wellbeing strategy. This role will take a front seat in enabling Xero to make a positive impact on the lives of our people through a world-leading, holistic approach to wellbeing.What you?ll doAs the Head of Wellbeing you will be responsible for the development and implementation of Xero?s wellbeing strategy as part of our broader organisational development strategy, and in line with Xero?s values and purpose. You will achieve this through?.Engaging with senior leaders across the business and building their capability to role model and prioritise wellbeing for themselves and their teams
- Connecting and aligning strategies and initiatives across Xero that contribute to strategic outcomes - for example diversity and inclusion, People Experience, facilities and health &
safety programsConnecting and aligning Xero?s wellbeing strategy with its external initiatives, programs and communications to promote wellbeing for Xero?s customers and partners and communityDesigning and delivering coaching, wellbeing workshops and training across Xero globallyDesigning and managing a dashboard of metrics to demonstrate the impact of the wellbeing strategy which will form part of the regular reporting structurePreparing wellbeing communications both internally and externally including board papers, articles, reports, e-learning, social content, policies and guidelinesWhat You?ll BringYou will have proven experience developing and leading global wellbeing programs in a similar leadership role. Alongside the ability to think strategically and creatively around wellbeing?s application to People Experience, lines of business, organizational priorities and customers. You will also bring with you?Authentic leadership, a demonstrated ability to be highly collaborative and work in a team environment while influencing across multiple teamsDemonstrated project and program management experience working with a variety of stakeholders preferably on a global scaleExtensive experience in training, facilitation and coachingThe ability to build productive and trusted partnerships, internally while establishing yourself as a trusted subject matter expertStrong commercial acumen and the ability to leverage data and metrics to ensure effective implementation and measurementA passion for helping people fulfill their potentialThought leadership, analysis and presentation of trends in the area of wellbeing and as well as staying abreast of best practices and benchmark leading companies
