Grafton, AucklandFaculty of Medical and Health Sciences About the role Due to growth, we are seeking a Lecturer/ Senior Lecturer to contribute to the delivery of nutrition related undergraduate and postgraduate courses and take an active role in the development of course material, project supervision, and inter-professional learning within the Faculty of Medical Sciences and the BSc Programme in the Faculty of Science. As nutrition features broadly across our medical and health programmes, this role offers the opportunity to make a real impact on improving population health through equipping future practitioners across a range of disciplines with solid, evidence-based nutrition expertise. You will also undertake original research and secure external funding;
and supervise research students towards Honours, Masters and Doctoral degrees. This is a full time permanent academic position available immediately. Level of appointment (Lecturer or Senior Lecturer) will be dependent on the successful candidate. Our ideal candidate You will hold a PhD (or equivalent) in a research area relevant to Nutrition and will have a strong research interest in basic and clinical nutrition.
