The Ministry of Transport is recruiting for a permanent and experienced Personal Assistant/Team Administrator who has had a taste of this type of role already and wants to build on their existing experience.
Reporting to the Manager - Business Support, this exciting and busy role is part of a centralised Business Support team that provides high quality day-to-day secretarial and administrative services to a group of managers and their wider teams.
We are looking for a person who:
Has a willing, proactive, ?can do? attitude
Is excellent at developing and maintaining strong relationships
Enjoys being part of a team working alongside colleagues within the wider Business Support team to provide a collaborative approach to support services across the Ministry
Is highly skilled in all areas of administration and has a strong customer focus
Has technical skill with Microsoft Office (lives and breathes Outlook) and minute taking experience is highly desired
Is great under pressure and able to manage competing priorities and tight timeframes
