This a Full time role, 40 hours per week. It is a Maternity leave role for 9 months, November 2020 to August 2021.
Sunday and Mondays 9am to 8pm, Tuesdays to Thursdays 6 hour shifts.
Enjoy getting to know the community you work in and leave a lasting impression with customers before they leave the store. As a Pharmacist you could expect to be:
Providing sound medical advice to customers whilst looking for new innovative products and services for them
Acting as the Duty Manager for the Pharmacy when the Pharmacy Manager is absent
Keeping up to date and accurate records and practices to comply with the Ministry of Health Pharmacy requirements
Providing additional professional services such as immunisation, ECP, TMP, Zinc testing and Methadone dispensing - If you are not skilled in these yet, we can help with that!
Upskilling your knowledge on the latest products and services
As a member of our Petone Pharmacy team we are looking for our new team member to have:
Hold a current Pharmacy Annual Practicing Certificate and ideally previous experience in a New Zealand retail Pharmacy
Have a passion for counselling customers and finding the right pharmaceutical solution for them
Thrive on working in a team environment and provide guidance for other team members
Have the ability to be flexible with working hours to ensure the success of the Pharmacy
