This role will support a highly visible project where you will be able to use your technical skills to identify and help solve some financial challenges. Using your strong relationship management skills and ability to communicate, you will quickly establish relationships with the Project Manager and Governance Board executives. Your experience will enable you to articulate complex messages clearly, simply and concisely to diverse stakeholders.
This is a fixed term opportunity to support, advise and positively influence the outcome of our property relocation project and improve the wider project environment.
As a project accountant, your role will encompass:
Identifying and raising awareness of project financials, risks and opportunities to the project manager and Governance Board executives.
Providing quality analysis, forecasting, monitoring and reporting services to project stakeholders.
Providing solutions for financial challenges in our property development and wider relocation project environment.
About you | M?u
To be successful in this role, you ll have:
Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills and ability to articulate complex messages clearly, simply and concisely. * Proven project experience in business facing senior management roles (Private or Public Sector).
Strong relationship skills and experience influencing across organisations without direct line management. * Strong analytical, strategic and planning skills as well as being commercially savvy.
An appropriate tertiary qualification or be eligible for the role through significant and broad experience in management accounting and team leadership.
High integrity and excellent organisational and planning skills
Energy and humour and the ability to bring your whole self to work.
