The Opportunity
We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Projects and Interiors Manager to take responsibility for this newly created role to develop and grow the projects and interiors operation for our Waikato/BoP division.
Accountable for the interiors fit-out sector of our business, the key responsibilities include developing and delivering a business plan, marketing, developing a client base and providing leadership to ensure an end-to-end service from estimating through to successful project completion.
This is a key role within our Waikato/BoP Management Team.
To be considered for this role you will have an extensive background in the commercial construction interiors market, be commercially astute and have a proven track record in delivering projects to a high standard. A qualification in either Quantity Surveying or Project Management would be advantageous in this role.
Key competencies include:
Aptitude to establish and manage relationships with existing and new clients
Ability to work with all stakeholders to deliver the best client solutions
Excellent leadership and people management skills
Solid commercial acumen
Strong quality management skills
Detailed knowledge of health and safety practises and procedures
Well-developed written and oral communication skills
