Provide Property consultancy services to clients, with focus principally on Public Land Accredited Supplier Activities (e.G. Public Works Act 1981 Crown Acquisitions and Disposals, State Owned Enterprises Acquisitions and Disposals, and Local Authority Acquisitions and Disposals).
Achieve our business objectives through the development of strong business relationships and the delivery of service to our clients.
Oversee settlements with external solicitors for a variety of clients
Skills and Experience:
Have a background in property / legal work.
Current Drivers LicenceStrong organisational ability to optimise and prioritise conflicting demands in a busy environment, to achieve deadlines and see responsibilities through to completion.
Good interpersonal and communication skills, including oral and written communication and particularly the ability to present ideas, information and advice in a way that is understandable by a range of audiences.
