They have incredible offices and an even better work culture, with previous temps we have placed really enjoying the learning and new skills they have picked up from this supportive team.
This role is starting immediately and will be approx. 4 months, supporting with an overflow of work.
As a Reconciliation Administrator, you will be supporting with an array of finance tasks around investment and cash funds:
Managing and tracking account payments
Ensuring all transactions and changes are correct
Reconciling expense, suspense and distribution accounts
Tracking statements and rectifying discrepancies
Liasing with external parties during the process to keep them informed
Managing data in excel
Previous experience in finance and/or a reconciliations role
Experience in investments or private wealth would be a bonus
Strong and advanced excel skills with incredible attention to detail
Strong relationship building skills with relationships/investment managers
Analytical and problem-solving focused mindset
Looking for a varied, busy role in a supportive environment
Clear NZ credit and police checks
Able to start ASAP
