We are now on the lookout for a highly motivated, aspiring and customer focused Retail Manager to join our ever growing and well-loved family business.
In this fast paced, multifaceted role, you will be responsible for:
Coordinating staff recruitment &
staff training and development activities
Supporting and contributing a cooperative organisational culture
Assisting with customer service queries
Resolving staffing issues and stock discrepancies
Ensuring organisational policies and procedures are followed
Maintaining workplace Occupational Health and Safety

Effective leadership and management skills
Ability to speak Mandarin is desirable but not essential
Ability to manage underperforming staff and other staffing issues that may arise
Efficient problem-solving skills
Proficiency in using computer systems
Excellent customer service skills
Strong communication skills among all stakeholders
Applicants with NZ Certificate in Pharmacy Level 3 - 4 is desirable (not essential).
Applicants for this position should have NZ residency or a valid NZ work permit.
The successful applicant will be required to meet a satisfactory Criminal History Check outcome.
