ABOUT THE COMPANY Our client is a large Auckland Waterfront based organisation who through a number of exciting changes now have a requirement for several Scrum Masters to join their ranks.   ABOUT THE ROLE Your key responsibilities will be to establish and deliver development Sprints, ensuring the Scrum team delivers digital products and services via an Agile methodology and you will also be responsible for the day-to-day management and delivery of approved and prioritised work. Addiotnally, you will need to lead and recommend improvements to the existing Agile processes, including coaching team members as and when needed. You will also assist the Digital & Technology Delivery function to be an enabler of exceptional customer experience and transport outcomes supporting the client's strategic objectives of delivering safety and customer centricity in our services.   DUTIES Implementation and delivery utilising Agile Methodology Lead the development and testing of modern applications, products and services through the use of digital and Agile approaches. Coach teams in Agile values and Scrum practices

Facilitate Scrum Ceremonies:
release planning, backlog grooming, sprint planning, scrum stand-ups, demonstration and retrospectives. develop effective high visibility communication of progress e. g. project wall/dashboard. actively participate in development sprints to ensure the success of the team. develop progress reports and related project documentation. customer experience and creative design role model and champion a customer service and continuous improvement culture. facilitate consultation with stakeholders from the business and external customers to define business and process requirements for new digital technology solutions. ensure customer reporting and issue resolution mechanisms are implemented and maintained. relationship management establish and maintain effective networks and relationships with key stakeholders to enable benchmarking and monitoring, identification of trends, and collaboration on responses to emerging issues. ensure digital and technology delivery function has a strong focus on the needs of stakeholders, especially customers. skills & experience tertiary degree in a relevant discipline, i. e. computer science / engineering, or customer analytics or relevant hands on experience and internal qualifications. certified scrum master. 6 years business or technology work experience in a large corporate or enterprise environment. 2 years' experience as a practising scrum master. demonstrated experience in stakeholder management demonstrated experience in bringing cross-functional teams together across technology, suppliers, insights and key customer facing teams. adept at understanding how technology can be utilised as part of a business problem solution development and writing business requirements for process and technology. release management skills. how to apply click the apply button and include your resume and cover letter or for further information please email kirsty whyte on kirsty. whyte@absoluteit.co.nz   note to overseas enquiries and non-nz residents:
