We are looking for a Security Compliance and IT Specialist to implement and maintain our security systems and internal IT requirements. You will be responsible for preventing unauthorized access to ours and our client\ 's data and the processes andcontrols to ensure as such. In this role, you should be knowledgeable about security models, common security and enterprise software to enable security models such as PCI-DSS and SOC2. If you?re also a problem-solver and quick decision-maker, we?d like to meet you. Your goal will be to ensure that our technology infrastructure is well-protected.You will maintain our information technology systems, networks and cloud services to meet compliance standards such as PCI-DSS and SOC2. To be successful in the role you will be knowledgeable in software, hardware and networks. You must be a critical thinker and problem-solver with great attention to detail. Since end user support and teamwork are important aspects of the role, excellent communication and people skills are a must.Responsibilities
Cloud infrastructure oversight and centralised management
Implementing controls for compliance (PCI, SOC, ISO)
Internal support IT function (predominantly Apple)
Implement security training and education with assistance from the People and Culture team.
This role ideally requires seniority and specific experience, but we are keen to speak to anyone (intermediate level) who feels up to the challenge and wants to grow and who has worked for a senior leader with relevant experience.

Experience in an IT environment that meets PCI-DSS or SOC2 level of compliance.
Familiarity with security frameworks (e.G. NIST Cybersecurity framework) and risk management methodologies
Knowledge of patch management, firewalls and intrusion detection/prevention systems (e.G. TippingPoint)
Adequate knowledge of web related technologies (Web applications, Web Services and Service Oriented Architectures) and of network/web related protocols
Some experience or exposure as a SysAdmin or DevOps/SRE type role
Experience in network management and help desk support
Be process oriented and have a big picture approach to security vs practicality
Solid knowledge of IT systems and applications, i.E. a deep and up-to-date understanding of end-user enterprise security products like antivirus, identity management, OS policy tools and scripting/automation of such things.
Basic understanding of budgeting and finances in an IT context.Nice to haves
Software development experience in a common back-end framework like .NET Core, Laravell, etc.
Proven experience as a Computer Security Specialist
Detailed technical knowledge of techniques, standards and state-of-the art capabilities for authentication and authorisation, applied cryptography, security vulnerabilities and remediation
BSc/BA in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field;
professional certification (e.G. CompTIA Security+, CISSP) is a plus or demonstrable equivalent commercial experience.
Familiarity with public key infrastructure (PKI) and cryptographic protocols (e.G. SSL/ TLS)
Experience running a small team or demonstrable experience coordinating service providers to deliver against a project.
