Here?s a snapshot of your day:
Work with the Account leadership to track the KPIs on the account and prepare reports in excel.
Draft, review and prepare correspondence and PowerPoint presentations.
Establish and collate best practices items such as Playbooks, File Structures and Dashboard Reporting.
Provide administrative support to the leaders on administrative filing, coordination of meetings, travel and credit card reconciliations.
Liaise with internal and external clients to resolve issues and contribute to continuous improvement.
Here are the strengths you?ll possess and the background you?ll need to be successful:
Demonstrated experience in a similar administrative support role;
High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills;
Ability to work to tight deadlines and work under pressure within the client environment;
Excellent verbal and written communication with strong relationship building skills;
