As a crucial member of our recruitment team, you will manage all the recruitment channels to develop a recruitment strategy for the 2020 General Election. In this role, you will be responsible for establishing and building partnerships with communities, government agencies, and the broader organisation. This role requires someone who can think outside the box and has a passion for formulating a solid recruitment strategy. This is an exciting opportunity to step into a newly created role with the ability to make it your own.
