We\ 're looking for a Service Desk Administrator to help maintain our current high levels of service delivery. We need someone to administer the Office\ 's service desk system and provide accurate Level 1 support.
We have more than 400 staff in eight offices throughout the country. Most staff travel extensively for work. The technical environment is Microsoft based.
We\ 're looking for a ?front-facing? Service Desk Administrator to be our link between the organisation and the Service Desk team. This role is critical to our business, so your strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to effectively manage calls, issues, incidents, and queries will make you successful in this role.
We need someone who is passionate about customer service at all levels, and can think outside the box when dealing with queries. You\ 'll have an excellent workingknowledge of Windows and Office applications, with the desire and technical curiosity to learn more. You\ 'll be friendly and personable and able to work well in a small and driven team. Being a great administrator will help, as well as experience liaising with suppliers and vendors. Ideally, you\ 'll have helpdesk, Active Directory, and Microsoft Exchange Telephony experience.

You must be able to gain and maintain a Confidential national security clearance.
