You will be part of the Systems and Data team working in our Logistics workstream, supporting the delivery of our social and business surveys. We are a small, close knit group looking to drive our success further. We are looking for a person with strong technical and relationship skills. As a Data Technician you will be part of an experienced, supportive team that manages data flows through out our internal systems.
Your broad role as a Data Technician will be to:
Process data in a timely manner
Meet quality standards
Simple data validation (pre-defined rules/micro level)
Input into continuous improvement
Undertake and support system testing
Build connections and work collaboratively
Manual and automated work
Routine integration work
Manage in house postal activity
Participating in the delivery of products and services with awareness of customer needs

Salesforce and other collection systems * Managing and processing large volumes of data across multiple systems
Maintaining excellent relationships with stakeholders
Defining and documenting processes * Highly committed to meeting deadlines and quality standards
Good organisational skills and the ability to work under pressure to achieve deadlines and quality standards
Able to spot irregularities in data and seek solutions
Able to quickly pick up new systems and software
Previous experience working with data and tools such as SAS, SQL would be an advantage, What s in it for you? | Ng? hua ka riro ki a koe
