HealthAlliance is one of New Zealand?s most significant shared services for the health sector. We support the delivery of healthcare to the Northern Region District Health Boards (DHB?s) who collectively form one of New Zealand?s largest IT environments. The Role
Working as part of the Service Desk Leadership team you will be responsible for the management and performance of a team delivering 1st level IT support to healthAlliance customers.
The IT Service Desk provides 1st level desktop, network and application support to 27,500 customers across multiple sites. The team manage more than 21,000 phone/email/portal contacts per month and are responsible for logging and managing these incidents and requests under an ITIL framework.
Who are you?
You are an experienced Service Desk Team Leader who enjoys being part of a team. You have an outgoing personality with a can do attitude. You have outstanding interpersonal and customer service skills and are able to build strong working relationships with key stakeholders. You enjoy working in a fast, ever changing environment.
To be successful in this role:
The ability to motivate and develop team members, creating high performing teams
A get things done, work attitude
A minimum of 1 years? experience in a Team Leader role working in an ITIL aligned, high volume service desk
Capability in the management of a large enterprise service desk team
Excellent knowledge of service desk support processes
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and be ITIL (V3) certified
