**He kōrero mō te tūranga | The Role**
We are looking for an experienced Tenancy Manager for our new Transitional Housing services opening in Rotorua. - Experience in managing a portfolio of tenancies in the public/community or private sector.
- Demonstrated ability to handle and manage difficult customer relationships.
- Experience working with people from a diverse range of backgrounds and circumstances
- Excellent written, verbal communication and listening skills
- Effective time management skills, including the ability to meet deadlines
- Previous experience working within the community or homelessness sector is desirable
**Please note**:
Applicants must be eligible to work in New Zealand and have a clean full NZ driver's licence.
**Ko tā mātou mahi | We offer**
In addition to being key to supporting the delivery of our services, you'll be doing so in a national organisation committed to the health, safety, and wellbeing of whānau both kamahi and the people we support. You'll join a group of people that live by our values - which means you can take pride in not just what we achieve, but HOW we achieve it.
Importantly, we offer great job satisfaction! You'll be improving someone's quality of life by helping them realise their potential and no two days will be the same.
AND finally, you'll want to work here because we are committed to diversity and inclusion. So, you don't have to worry about putting on a fake work persona. Come as you are, and just be YOU! We are a supportive team that enjoys celebrating successes, however little or large they may be.
