Our Partner Consultant Manager is responsible for managing the successful onboarding and growth of Xero partners, which includes running effective processes for Xero platform implementations and conversion of our partners? clients. You and your team are the key people responsible for driving Xero?s partners and clients initial cloud adoption and transforming their businesses by adopting our platform. You?ll quickly help to ensure that our partners are getting the best use out of our product suite and are able to thrive using our market leading tools and products. You will work closely with the NZ Sales, Marketing, Education and our Go-To-Market teams to do so.
Here?s what you will be doing:
Execute our strategy to streamline the implementation of Xero?s Practice Products allowing for quicker onboarding of Xero Partners
Ensure partners are equipped and aware of key self service tools, information, functionality and processes
Work with the Head of Business Growth to agree and manage service levels
Work with Sales to ensure your team have real commercial impactMonitor and regularly report key KPIs and Partner satisfaction scores
Compile feedback and learnings from partners and deliver through appropriate channels across the business
Keep your global Partner Consultant Manager cohort in our key markets up to date with regular best-practice updates
What we?re looking for:
A proven track record in team management and leadership
The ability to forge strong relationships with commercial partners
An in-depth knowledge and understanding of SaaS, accounting systems and practices
Change management and strategy execution and a natural ability to present clearly
