As part of our expansion into NZ, we are now on the lookout for a highly motivated Admin and Support Officer to join our ever growing and well-loved family business.
In this fast paced, multifaceted role, you will be responsible for:
Assist in hiring process such as arrange interview, conduct reference checks, follow up on on-boarding application etc
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
Maintain computer and manual filing systems
Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning
Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
Screening phone calls and routing callers to the appropriate party.
Cover the reception desk when required
The ideal candidate should possess the following attributes:
Proven admin or assistant experience
Proficient in MS Office and is comfortable in learning new computer programs
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and planning skills
Applicants for this position should have NZ residency or a valid NZ work permit.
The successful applicant will be required to meet a satisfactory Criminal History Check outcome.
