This is a great opportunity for a person wanting to grow their career in reception and office administration. This position would be ideally suited to someone with a minimum of two to three years? experience in general reception and administration, who can deal with people proactively and positively and understands the importance of following up and delivering on time. The role is based in our client?s busy Hamilton office. It is a fulltime position of 40 hours per week Monday to Friday. The duties include running the reception desk, answering phones, managing incoming jobs via an online client portal, issuing jobs, invoicing and assisting the Administration team when required.
