Due to Fulton Hogan?s ongoing growth within the Region, we are looking for a Contracts Administrator to join our team and deliver the good work Fulton Hogan is known for.
Your primary role will be to assist the divisional manager with the running of their contracts. You will have a variety of responsibilities across our projects including internal &
external stakeholder communication, process &
assistant management and being the point of contact for the management team. Our ideal candidate will have experience in a similar industry, project coordination or administrative experience.
Experience and attributes;
At least 3 years? experience working as an administrate coordinator.
Ability to develop and manage relationships with clients, subcontractors &
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Class 1 drivers? license.
Strong attention to detail &
problem solving skills.
Be self-motivated &
driven to succeed.
