The role involves dealing with franchisee owners, clients and suppliers to assist in improving and maintaining quality standards. You will also assist the sales team with some telemarketing, and managing the sales / tender process. Requirements To be successful you will have excellent computer skills, attention to detail, organisational skills with the ability to proactively follow up to ensure key objectives are maintained. Most importantly you will have a ?can do attitude? where you are happy to do a wide variety of work to support the team and have the ability to build excellent customer rapport.
