Head Of Marketing
Public Trust is New Zealand\ 's largest and most experienced trustee services organisation. We provide specialist advice and care across a range of trust, estate management and investment services to New Zealanders. The Head of Marketing reports into our General Manager of Marketing and Customer Experience. This is a critical, enterprise leadership role, taking ownership for developing and driving Public Trust\ 's marketing strategy and go-to market plans.
Key responsibilities include:
Developing and driving an integrated marketing strategy to deliver key marketing programs in support of business objectives
Being the champion of exceptional customer experience throughout our network. Utilising our feedback channels to identify and address core areas for development
Utilising data-based insight and customer segmentation to deliver customer centric marketing strategies
Leading the implementation of Public Trust\ 's refreshed brand positioning and ongoing management of brand image and advocacy voice
Accountability for the management of our marketing budget, tracking total spend and optimising CPAs to deliver the best yield from marketing investment
Co-ordinating marketing activities across channels to deliver the optimum result for Public Trust
Developing new business &
partner networks as well as strategic sponsorship opportunities
Building strong relationships and having visibility within Public Trust\ 's Senior Leaders group and Exec Team
Acting as a key stakeholder to proposition design and development, shaping the key consumer benefits in products and service that support the marketing &
Developing, leading &
coaching a team of bestin class marketing professionals
Active management of agencies to build strong collaborative relationships, driving creative &
Our ideal applicant will have:
A number of years marketing experience either in-house or within agency
Proven success building &
Experience building and delivering CX programs of work
The ability to influence and drive strategic direction at an enterprise level
Experience building, maintaining and leveraging business partner relationships for mutual business and end-customer benefit
Experience of owning and managing agency relationships, including exiting, on boarding and commercial negotiations
Strong influencing, negotiating and communication skills
Strong leadership and people management skills, both for direct and virtual teams
