The role
Our NPI Project Planner is key within our New Products Introduction team and plans and delivers all tasks related to our Product life cycle projects. This includes projects within the Douglas Operations Group, including Douglas Manufacturing and Third Party Contract Manufacturers/Packers. In a role like this, there is always a focus on delivering the projects on time and to budget.
Our NPI Project Planner will also coordinate key product change projects, including any change of manufacture/packing sites and a change of raw materials or packaging. Working with ERP and Master Data to generate POs, raise relevant documents and change controls and analyse reports to support and review business decisions.
What you\ 'll bring
Experience withproject coordination, planning or management
The ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels
Understanding in Product Costing or experience as a Business Analyst
Planning and organising skills
The ability to problem solve
Finding the devil in the details
A customer and quality focused person who enjoys building relationships and who has a continuous improvement mind-set would be an asset to the team. Someone who enjoys administrative tasks, has a quality focus and can multitask will succeed in this diverse role.
