Do you want to be part of a future thinking team moving towards the next generation digital platform? In this role you will help contribute to our vision and strategy by ensuring that portfolio and programme management processes and controls are defined, implemented and actioned effectively, supporting the Business Manager and the Portfolio Manager in all areas of portfolio management.
So what will make you successful? With 30 to 40 projects on the go at any given time, you will need to be a highly organised Coordinator with second to none interpersonal and problem solving skills who can work effectively in a busy team environment.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to interface with the business and external stakeholders are a must along with the following:
Sound knowledge and proven experience working within an IT portfolio or programme/project environment
Significant previous experience in a Portfolio, Programme or Project Administration or Coordination role in a large, complex organisation
Demonstrated administration experience in a corporate environment and/or public sector environment.
Advanced skills with the Microsoft suite of programmes, in particular Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Project.
Co-ordinate portfolio reporting to governance groups, management groups and other stakeholders including supporting Programme boards to deliver to portfolio reporting requirements;
Maintain the portfolio and programme documentation in conjunction with the Portfolio Manager and Business Manager;
Maintain the portfolio-level controls (risk, issue, decisions, dependencies registers);
Compile and maintain registers, reports and statistics on portfolio data in a timely and accurate manner;

The salary range is $66,411 - $93,756. Appointment will be based on skills and experience relevant to the role.
