About the role
You will be supporting our Structural, Fire, Architecture and Project Management teams, providing efficient and effective project administration, contributing to the performance of these teams. You will be working closely with the Structural team on a day to day basis, providing operational, financial and administrative support.
This is a busy role, so you will be a natural organiser with the ability to easily multi-task and prioritise your team?s workload.
Assist the Structural Manager with department reporting, management functions and monthly invoicing
Support the day to day planning, communication and administration for the Structural team
Assist with project setup, proposals, document preparation, document control and filing
Diary, email, phone and travel management for the Structural Manager, including travel arrangements for the wider team
Organise and prepare meetings, presentations, take minutes and manage correspondence
Provide front desk reception cover at lunch time and as required
Offer adhoc support to our Fire, Architecture and Project Management teams
Work closely with our department PA?s, supporting the workload and other general administrative tasks as required

About you
Proven administration experience with a minimum of 5 years+ in a similar role supporting a team/s in a busy, fast paced environment
Tertiary qualification in administration or business management would be an advantage
Excellent organisational skills, working to a high standard, with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, with the capacity to multitask and adapt as priorities change
Advanced and highly proficient using Microsoft Office Packages - Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
Skills using Gantt programming tools and MS Teams would be an advantage
Have a proactive approach to problem solving, with strong decision-making skills
Enjoy working with and relating to a wide range of people, a strong communicator with the ability to work well within a team
