ABOUT THE SERVICE
The Project Management Office provides project management services to the organisation and others in the Hutt Valley health system and beyond. We build other\ 's capabilities to implement positive changes to their services and operate a coaching, mentoring and training sessions to people right across the business.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Your role as a Project Coordinator is to support the successful delivery of projects at Hutt Valley DHB through the provision of coordination and administration duties to active projects. You will work closely with the Programme Director, Project Managers and other members of a project team.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Advanced organisational skills with the drive to see a task through to completion
Strong relationship management
Experience working within or alongside project teams
A current drivers license
Sound knowledge of computer software packages, particularly Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and Visio.
