Provide property advisory services to clients, with focus principally on Public Land Accredited Supplier Activities (e.G. Public Works Act 1981 Crown Acquisitions, State Owned Enterprises Acquisitions, Local Authority Acquisitions and Corporate Consultancy.
Provide assistance to WSP Property Consultants on Public Works Act 1981 and consultancy services.
Achieve our business objectives through the development of strong business relationships and the delivery of service to our clients.
Contribute to the success of the business unit in meeting its business plan through providing appropriate advice and effective management of clients, team members and projects.
Skills and Experience:
Minimum of six years? professional experience in a property related discipline.
Good knowledge of the relevant NZ standards, legislation and practices, particularly the Public Works Act 1981 and a general understanding of land law.
A degree, or equivalent qualification in a Property related field.
Experience and confidence in dealing with a variety of property professionals on a regular basis including surveyors, valuers, Lawyers and accredited agents.
A high level of business acumen and the ability to maintain and create new client relationships.
