Senior Administration Assistant

We are now seeking an experienced professional to join our small but busy Administration Department on a fulltime permanent basis.
The role involves providing high level financial administration and work on all areas of our accounts including accounts payable, accounts receivable and data entry into our accounting software Xero. The role will also provide assistance to the Administration Manager and there will be a need to ?step up? in a senior capacity as required.
To be successful in this position you will:
Be able to multi-task, and have the ability to follow through and follow up situations in a timely manner and work well under deadlines
Have Industry experience and a relevant qualification is desirable
Have experience in Xero or similar accounting software
Have experience working with a POS system and have advanced computer skills including Word and Excel
Have a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Have operational knowledge of payroll and legislation
Be a can-do person and be action oriented
Have a clean credit history is essential
