The role:
Identify, target and attain potential strategic new business opportunities In conjunction with the Sales Manager develop and implement a weekly strategic plan to achieve revenue targets.
Identify, target, and attain potential new business opportunities.
Ensure that business gained is successfully integrated into the system and all KPI\ 's and service level agreements (if any) are fully implemented
New business revenue growth in line with annual target
Maintain optimum productivity and ensure desired level of value is being derived from position
Maintain historical customer information
Communicate key information to the relevant parties within the organization and about the organisation
CRM use
Sales Reports
Customer Reports
Ensure all Company Health and Safety and Environments Policy and Procedures and directives are adhered to.
To maintain general tidiness and cleanliness in the branch.
All general tidiness and cleanliness is maintained in the department
Demonstrated compliance with Health and Safety Company policies and procedures
Workstations are maintained in line with Health and Safety standards
All micropauses are taken
Health and Safety equipment used/worn if provided in line with Company Policies and Procedures
Safety vest to be worn when in depot
You will have:
Excellent relationship building and customer service skills
Experience in BDM
Willingness to learn
Great communication skills
Attention to detail
Time management skills
Passion
The ability to interact with everyone from a company CEO, tradesperson or soccer mom
Be proficient with Microsoft Office
To work autonomously or as part of a team
